The room is good

Treebo grand vista - 62, noida is on average good but it needs to improve a lot. No tea items in the room, i like to bath with soap but they only have gel type liquid for washroom. Pillow cover was dirty so i replaced with other ones. Need to main some hygiene inside room. Breakfast was limited, food items are limited. Restaurant at the basement in a big hall while entering there is basic kitchen with lot of items here and there lying. Simple plastic chairs few arranged inside that same basement hall sharing with kitchen. Overall i do not recommend to others. Thanks

No lift was working, i am on 3rd floor and it's difficult to up down using stairs. Breakfast quantity is very very poor. And not fresh. Service also not good. There are number of mosquito flies in room. But no spray was done

My review about the hotel is very good and the bedroom and the bad was very comfortable and the washroom are also nee t and clean and all over my y experience was good

Bad food quality, no lift facility, messily room, no good facility, this was very bed and poor experience.

Lock was not working and did not feel safe, had checked out cause only two rooms were occupied, entire property was vacant

Neat and clean, staff was polite and cooperative, comfortable place, peaceful environement. Breakfast was nice

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this property. The bed sheets were unclean and torn, which was unacceptable. Additionally, breakfast was not provided as promised. Overall, my experience was sub-par and i would not recommend this property to anyone. The lack of attention to detail and failure to meet basic expectations made for a truly unsatisfactory stay.

We went for our anniversary. We literally feel we waist-ed our money. We had to check out early. Let me write department wise: 1 kitchen: they asked for breakfast in basement where kitchen was infront of us. Everyone could see. How hygienic those parathas were. There was no proper a/c or fan. Everyone could feel the heat coming from kitchen. Those crockery was also not properly cleaned. D inking glass was very old & made of glasses. So, glasses were looking very dirty. & water was also coming from 20ltr container and warm due to hot weather. 2. Food menu: when i asked to send breakfast in room. Staff said, we have buffet policy you need come down for breakfast. If you want. When we went only aaloo pratha & bread butter was in buffet menu. Where aaloo was not stuffed properly. Basically i was was plain paratha. 3. Room: i booked their best deluxe room. Room size was regular. That’s okay. But basic thing was missing. 2 people were booked. Even then there was only one towel, no dental and other kits. Worst part was a/c. In 24 hrs. It worked around 8 hours properly. Running water feels like coming from geyser even at 2am. Their mattresses & seats were like made for winter & they are still using in summer. Ive stayed in more than 100+ hotels. In shory worst ever in my entire life. They're spoiling treebo's brand name.

Very good hospitality, staff always try to accommodate your requirements. Had a long stay and was delighted.
